Compared with the traditional thermal drying process, the main advantages of this process are:

The temperature of the wet air is lower than the dew point and the water vapor is reduced by cooling. It can be condensed and discharged to the sewage pipe of the factory area . The temperature of the "dehydrated" air is heated to hot dry air through the condenser, and it is sent to the mesh belt drying system to continue drying the sludge. The air is recycled during the whole process, so there is no Exhaust is generated. This system can reduce the moisture content of the sludge to below 20%. After drying, the sludge is transported out of the drying system by a fully enclosed screw conveyor, which is used for subsequent use through pick-up and transfer;
